To begin your journey with Amethyst Clinic, visit our website to book online or call us to make an enquiry. We will ask you to provide details about the treatment you're interested in, along with your contact information and any specific questions. Within 24 hours, you'll receive a response with available consultation times and additional information. Choose a convenient slot and confirm your appointment online or over the phone. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent with all necessary details, including the date, time, and location of your consultation. We always recommend booking a consultation to discuss your medical history, treatment options and create a bespoke treatment plan.

We understand the importance of reminders for your upcoming appointments. When you book your appointment, you’ll receive an email with preparation tips and a list of any necessary information you may to bring. Three days before, you’ll get a follow-up SMS and email reminder. You will also receive a SMS message with a link to pre complete your forms prior to attending your appointment. These reminders are designed to keep you informed and prepared for your visit to the Amethyst Clinic.

You will be warmly welcomed into the clinic at our reception and offered a fresh drink of tea or coffee. It is fine to arrive early, we have a relaxing reception area with magazines available and FREE wifi. Your initial consultation will last approximately 45 minutes. We will discuss with you in depth your medical history and previous treatments. We will discuss what you want to achieve, your treatment options and create a unique treatment plan for you. We will thoroughly explain our treatment procedures, expected results, risks and costs. The consultation can sometimes be a nerve-wracking experience for some, at Amethyst we create a very relaxed environment, giving you the opportunity to discuss any concerns you have and allow you to ask the questions you want to ask. We allow you to take the information home to have a think about your options!

On the day of your treatment, please arrive at the clinic 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time and follow any pre-treatment instructions provided earlier. The extra time allows you to complete any medical forms that you may not have completed through the links sent online. The treatment will be conducted in a comfortable and well-equipped room by experienced professionals. Post-treatment, your practitioner will discuss the procedure with you and provide initial aftercare instructions to ensure your comfort and safety. The clinic staff will be available to support you throughout the process, ensuring a smooth, relaxing and reassuring experience!

After your treatment, you’ll be given detailed aftercare instructions, including guidelines on medications, activities to avoid, and signs that may require immediate attention. Follow-up appointments are required for some treatments and these will be booked in when leaving. The clinic will always be available to contact if you need anything after your treatment and an out of hours number/email address will be provided. Long-term aftercare includes additional follow-up visits and ongoing treatment plans to help you maintain and optimise your treatment results!
